We started by centralizing jobs and company data, pulling company details automatically from Crunchbase and syncing candidate information in real time from Folk CRM via Zapier. No more duplicate entries, no more outdated spreadsheets.
The platform’s AI powered matching engine was the real breakthrough. Using Claude Sonnet and Gemini models, Sidechain calculates precise match scores for every candidate and job opening, letting recruiters focus immediately on the best-fit candidates with clear, actionable insights.
A modern, interactive dashboard provides a complete view of jobs, candidates, and match scores in one place. Built with Vite, React, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI, the interface is fast, intuitive, and user-friendly. Behind the scenes, Supabase ensures real-time performance, secure access, and scalability, making the platform reliable as the business grows.
To complement the platform, we also designed a marketing website to showcase Sidechain’s story simple, powerful recruitment automation that helps companies hire smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
