Tectome partnered with the client to develop TrainED, a fully customizable quiz engine designed to transform assessment management from a tedious, manual process into a dynamic, automated, and interactive experience.

We started by centralizing the platform for content creation. A single content owner can now create quizzes with titles, descriptions, images, hints, and categorize them by type and difficulty. Automation tools like Zapier ensure content syncing happens automatically, eliminating manual updates and minimizing errors.

The interactive design of Trained was key. The platform supports guided exercises, self-assessments, and full exam simulations with timers, hints, and step-by-step feedback. The intuitive user dashboard allows learners to filter quizzes, track progress, switch languages, and review answers in real time.

Under the hood, the platform leverages React, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Node.js, Express.js, and Supabase to ensure real-time performance, secure data storage, and smooth operation at scale. To showcase Trained’s capabilities, we also designed a marketing website highlighting its flexibility, multilingual support, and scalability.
