About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to drive the successful execution of our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee multiple software development projects from initiation to completion.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and constraints while ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.

• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology or software development environment.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.

• Knowledge of risk management and change management strategies.

• Technical background or familiarity with development frameworks and tools.
