About the Job:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and improving the overall user experience. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life through thoughtful design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and platforms.

• Continuously improve designs based on feedback and data insights.

• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

• Knowledge of wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, InVision).

• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic understanding is a plus).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Attention to detail and a user-centric mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Familiarity with design systems and style guides.

• Experience conducting user research and analyzing user feedback.
